I have learned to back up my computer, which I did right after I had a "trojan" attack sent in an email last week. As you can see, some of my pictures are no longer in their respective places on the blog. Why? Because McAfee didn't catch the second virus/worm/nuisance that attacked my beautiful HP Media Center PC. I was going to head to the casino this morning to try my hand at my favorite slot machine since they were kind enough to send me a $50 voucher to play but when I turned on my PC I noticed that all the icons were in different places, none of the links worked and to top it off, my ip address was cloned.
As a tech support profession you would think that I would know to make sure this didn't happen, but let me tell you all.. when you have a teenager in the house to answers yes to all the popups, you get your firewall disabled, your virus program stopped, and privacy manager just goes on vacation.
I am back up and running on minimal programs right now.. So bear with my... I will be back up by Sunday full force. Oh, designers, if I owe you a layout please let me know. My trusty calendar was deleted as well so I don't remember if I have finished everyone or I still owe a layout or two.
